A rare pair of mid 18th century Venetian giltwood girandoles each surmounted by a stylised anthemian cresting supported by scrolls each in turn enriched with foliate carving and subsidiary scrolls. The mirror plates are original and are framed by a shaped moulding. The girandoles retain their original gilt tole candlearms.
